Good if you don’t have expectations

Maybe the position was ok but you always walk every night.

1 lift for all building, sometimes long wait. Staff was really unprofessional and not helpful. Pool not exactly like the pics. No bar at the rooftop

Great value and location

Great location and huge size rooms! Close enough to everything but also that bit out of the way so you don’t hear everything.

Balcony was totally pointless. Small, and had the air con vent there so it was blowing hot air on you while you stood out there. Was only surface clean, and just not as modern and nice as the others. Good value for money though - you pay for what you get.

Clean and modern rooms. Staff were lovely. Convenient location.

the large shower is positioned over the bath and the floor, so we had to use the small shower. The balcony view is directly of another building.

Good hotel good staff good location come try for yourself.

Breakfast was cool I enjoyed the herbal tea and coffee. Indian food for vegetarian option. Classic toast and jam, nice fruits.. The rooms were awesome with a big bathtub, wash sprayer and waterfall shower head. Nice balcony in room. The pillow on the bed was sort of hard they could get some softer ones. Staff all friendly and willing to help if u need to order a taxi. The area was nice 7-11 and some good eats right outside and patong beach is like a 15 minute walk would go again.

Bathroom sink Tap only run hot water... And faucet was loose. Pillows not too soft.. Waterfall shower flood the bathroom hahaha But this is minor complaint everything was great!

I booked this Hotel for the location, Restaurants, nightlife, beaches and exploring Patong.

Location was excellent, Staff were helpful and friendly, overall it was a great stay.

I would say that the room was clean but very outdated and the pool area did not have a bar also the pool was a heated.

Good value for money but needs a deep clean for bugs in the rooms.

Staff were all very nice and welcoming, always helpful when needed. Location was good, quiet and within walking distance to beach, shopping centre etc. Rooms were very big and has everything you need, towels were changed for us every day.

Facilities does need freshening up, but could see there were some areas being repainted etc. We had quite a few small bugs in our room throughout our stay. Pool bar wasn’t open, although advertised operating Wednesday & Sunday’s

ASHLEE HEIGHTS PATONG PHUKET

Decent sized rooms fit with everything you need. Great value for money, and super close to everything we needed. Is in a quiet back street so you can’t hear partying and loud people/traffic all night long like other hotels. Beds were hard as a kitchen bench but surprisingly we had the best sleep. We were on a budget this trip for the first time and this hotel was perfect, the washing machine was very useful. The pool was great and always clean, not many people were staying in hotel so basically had it to ourselves.

There’s two hotels named the same, the other one is ASHLEE HUB, got confused on arrival. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety but still pretty decent for the price.

Rooms are specious and clean. I booked a two bedroom family room. They have a nice swimming pool

We arrived late and found our room was given away to some other guest. They offered us two separate rooms which wasnt convinient at all as I was travelling with my two boys. They shifted us to our original booked rooms the next day.

The location off the hotel is OK. The restaurant environment is good

The food really not nice at all ️ and went we ask something from the staffs, the answer they given is no or don't have exp. They should prepare some adapters for the guest and also should top up the shower gel and each other things too went cleaning the room

Okay, being in a reasonable location

The location was good with it being close to nearby places to eat etc, also the size of the room we booked was very good, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a small kitchen, dinning and seating area.

The property could do with more maintenance, as the pool deck in the roof, is broken with holes in the floor, broken pieces of timber laying around, with no attempt even to clean this up. The hotels power cut out a few times for a number of hours each time. The rooms sometimes not cleaned until very late in the afternoon and having a five year old, who at times needs to rest/sleep, this was very inconvenient.

I recently had a one-week stay at ASHLEE Heights Hotel in Patong, Phuket. Firstly, I must say that the hotel's location is quite convenient. With a 7-Eleven just a minute's walk away and a barbershop located only 20 meters from the hotel, it was easy to access essentials and services. While the hotel does not have a fitness room, I found the nearby Maximum Fitness Gym to be an excellent alternative, with its superb facilities just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms at ASHLEE Heights Hotel are spacious and provide ample space even in the smaller room types. I had the opportunity to stay in two different room types and found them both to be comfortably sized. The air conditioning worked adequately, although it was a bit challenging to adjust at times. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms were generally well-maintained. However, I did notice that some rooms had old toilet seats, and the fabric on the chairs and curtains appeared worn and in need of replacement (as well as towels, though they change them daily). During my stay, I observed ongoing renovations around the rooftop pool area and rooms on the 8th floor. It's worth noting that these renovations indicate potential improvements for rooms on the 8th floor in the upcoming season. Breakfast options at the hotel were not extensive, but they were decent considering the affordable price of 200 Thai Baht. It provided a satisfactory start to the day. For those interested in nightlife, Bangla Road is approximately a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Similarly, the beach is within the same distance, allowing for easy access to sun and sand. Overall, my stay at ASHLEE Heights Hotel was pleasant, thanks to the spacious rooms, convenient location, and enjoyable rooftop pool area.

rooms were massive and cleaned everyday.

the lift broke down a few times, made it really hard with 2 children on the 6th floor.

Good value for money!

Big spacious room and really liked they we had a shower, separate bath and a washing machine! Location was ok but wouldn’t say it was the best.

Housekeeping didn’t get to our room until approx 5pm in the evening - which at that point we had returned from the beach/day out to shower for the night time. Meaning our room wasn’t able to be clean or have new sheets on for 3 days in a row.

Good price but don’t expect too much

Roomy and clean with a great air conditioning and good facilities - microwave, fridge and washing machine

We had two apartments that were each 2 bedrooms. One of these rooms had no glasses, cutlery or plates. How do you have a room with a microwave and large fridge with no utensils? This issue was raised with the reception upon check in and multiple times during our stay and was not rectified. The front desk advised we needed to request these items. We requested them and by the end of the stay - 16 nights we still had no glasses cutlery or crockery on the second room
